Gold rate: Gold prices in the domestic futures market saw a slight increase on Monday, December 8. Gold futures with February 5, 2026 expiry opened at ₹130,431 per 10 grams on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). On the previous trading day, gold closed at ₹130,462.
At 11 am on December 8th, gold with February 5th expiry was trading at ₹1,30,533 on MCX, representing a gain of approximately ₹70 from the previous day’s closing price. MCX Gold had reached a high of ₹1,30,617 in early trade.
