This state government is giving Rs. 1,50,000 to daughters, Know the details: To support girls’ education and empowerment, the Rajasthan government has launched the Lado Incentive Scheme. This scheme helps girls become self-reliant, continue their education without interruption, and reduces the financial burden on families.

Under this scheme, the government provides ₹1.5 lakh to a girl child from birth until the age of 21 years. The amount is given in seven stages, not all at once. The government transfers the money directly to the girl’s bank account.

The Rajasthan government started this scheme in 2024 under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. Earlier, it was known as the Chief Minister Rajshree Yojana, which later became the Lado Protsahan (Incentive) Yojana with increased benefits.

What is the Lado Incentive Scheme?

The Lado Incentive Scheme is a welfare program of the Rajasthan government. It encourages the birth of girls and supports their education at every important stage. Girls born in government hospitals or government-recognized hospitals can get benefits under this scheme.

The government provides a total of ₹1.5 lakh in 7 installments from birth to graduation.

Installment Details of ₹1.5 Lakh:

-The government gives the amount in the following stages:

-₹5,000 at birth

-₹5,000 after one year and full vaccination

-₹10,000 on admission to Class 1

-₹15,000 on admission to Class 6

-₹20,000 on admission to Class 10

-₹25,000 on admission to Class 12

-₹70,000 after graduation and on completing 21 years of age

In this way, the girl receives full financial support for her education.

From Rajshree Yojana to Lado Protsahan Yojana:

Earlier, the Chief Minister Rajshree Yojana provided about ₹50,000 to girls. In 2024, the Rajasthan government renamed it Lado Protsahan Yojana and increased the amount. On Women’s Day, the government raised the total benefit to ₹1.5 lakh, making the scheme more helpful for families.

How to Apply for Lado Protsahan Yojana:

-Government hospitals automatically register the birth details of the girl child on the PCTS portal.

-Parents must register on the SSO portal: sso.rajasthan.gov.in.

-After login, they must fill out the Lado Protsahan Yojana application form.

Required documents:

-Birth certificate of the child

-Aadhaar cards of parents

-Rajasthan domicile certificate

-Bank account details

-Officials verify the documents.

After verification, the government transfers the first installment directly to the bank account.
