Zomato’s new feature is coming; restaurants can communicate with customers

Zomato New Features: Online food delivery platform Zomato is now going to bring a new feature. According to this, Zomato can share the name, address, and phone number of the customer with the restaurant. Through this, the restaurant can communicate directly with the customer. This will reveal the likes and dislikes of the customer.

Through this facility, the restaurant can understand the customer and establish a relationship. For this, Zomato is in talks with the National Restaurants Association of India (NRAI).

It is worth noting that the restaurant had accused the food delivery app of hiding customer data. Zomato’s initiative can resolve this 10-year-old dispute. Zomato is currently testing this new feature.

Under the new system, restaurants will only get access to customer data if the customer gives permission. Zomato will ask for your permission before sharing your number with the restaurant. This feature will help restaurants share marketing and promotional messages with their customers.
