According to recent reports, the couple visited Alibag last month during their trip and purchased another property there. The star couple has now finalized the deal for their luxurious new home.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have bought a property: According to the real estate report, actress Anushka Sharma and her cricketer husband have purchased a 5.1-acre plot of land for approximately Rs 37.86 crore. This information has emerged from property documents. The land, located in Zirad village, was reportedly purchased from Sonali Amit Rajput, a director of Samira Land Assets Private Limited. Data analytics firm CRE Matrix has confirmed that the registration of this land deal took place on January 13.
These celebrities have also bought properties in Alibag: In recent years, Alibag has seen a growing interest from celebrities. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh bought a luxurious bungalow in Mapgaon in 2021 for approximately Rs 22 crore. This plot is reportedly located 10 kilometers from Anushka and Virat’s newly purchased home.
Suhana Khan, also bought a property in Thal village in 2023, comprising 1.5 acres of land with three houses, estimated to be worth Rs 12.91 crore. Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma also owns 4 acres of land in the same area, which he purchased in 2021 in his wife Ritika Sajdeh’s name.
