Gold Rate: This year, 2025, has witnessed a historic surge in gold and silver prices, shifting investor sentiment away from the stock market towards safer investment options. While silver has seen a jump of over 135 percent throughout the year, gold has also consistently reached new highs. However, the bullion market saw a slight dip in early trading on Friday.
Latest prices in your city: While silver is trading at around ₹2,11,100 per kilogram, in Mumbai, the country’s financial capital, 24-karat gold was trading at ₹1,34,850 per 10 grams and 22-karat gold at ₹1,23,610 per 10 grams. These prices do not include GST and making charges. In other major cities across the country, 24-karat gold remained at ₹1,35,000 per 10 grams in Delhi and Jaipur, while it was trading at around ₹1,34,900 in Ahmedabad and ₹1,34,850 in Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. In Bhubaneswar, today’s 24 karat gold price is Rs 1,34,180. However, the 22 karat gold price is 1,23,000.
Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was recorded at ₹1,23,760 per 10 grams in Delhi and Jaipur, ₹1,23,660 in Ahmedabad, and ₹1,23,610 in Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. International indicators related to gold supply are also significant. According to the latest data from Swiss Customs, gold exports from Switzerland declined by nearly 15 percent in November, marking the largest drop in shipments to India since February.
