Groww Mutual Fund Launches Nifty PSE ETF, Here Are Its Key Features: Groww Mutual Fund launched the Groww Nifty PSE ETF on January 22. The open-ended ETF tracks the Nifty PSE Index-TRI. Investors can subscribe to the NFO until February 5, and the scheme will reopen for regular investments on February 19.
The ETF invests in shares of public sector companies that are part of the Nifty PSE Index. It also invests a small portion in debt and money market instruments for liquidity. The index includes 20 PSU stocks from the Nifty 500 where the government holds over 50% stake and is rebalanced twice a year.
The ETF will be listed on stock exchanges, allowing investors to trade units during market hours. Market makers will provide liquidity. The minimum investment is ₹500, and there is no exit load. Nikhil Satnam, Akash Chauhan, and Shashi Kumar will manage the fund.
