Gold prices risen again; Know how much the rates increased on February 9: Gold and silver prices are showing an upward trend in the domestic futures market on Monday, February 9. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the gold futures contract expiring on March 5, 2026, opened at ₹1,54,224 (per 10 grams) on Monday. ​​On the last trading day, gold had closed at ₹1,53,931 on the MCX.

At 9:45 AM on February 9, the March 5 gold futures contract on the MCX was trading at ₹1,55,674, showing an increase of approximately ₹1,800 from the previous day’s closing price. MCX gold reached a high of ₹1,57,000 in early trading.

Silver Price: On MCX, silver futures expiring on March 5, 2026, are trading at ₹2,60,301 (per kg), showing an increase of approximately ₹10,400 from the previous day’s closing price. MCX silver reached a high of ₹2,64,885 in early trading.
