This statement comes after Musk’s net worth reached a record $852 billion this month.
Responding to a video, Musk described himself as the largest individual taxpayer in history. He jokingly said that he has paid over $10 billion in taxes so far. “I thought maybe the US Tax Department would send me a small trophy. Something cheap, like the kind kids get for winning karate competitions… But I got nothing, he added.”
