‘Giga’ collected 61 million dollars ( 540 Crore) series from A Funding. The investment was led by Redpoint Ventures.
Two years ago, Varun Vummadi shared a post on LinkedIn. According post, he got a Ph.D. offer from Stanford University and a 525,000 package salary job from an international high-frequency trending company. But they refuse all the opportunities for making solutions to the biggest challenging machine learning problems.
Varun’s Friend and Giga’s co-founder, Esha Manideep, left her 1.2 crore rupees job. Together, they put their full strength into building the AI-based support automation startup ‘Giga’.
Today, Giga is trusted by global companies like DoorDash, which utilize Giga’s AI solutions to improve their customer experience. The company’s mission is to fully automate customer operations, enabling companies to deliver fast, accurate, and personalized service.
