SBI Home Loan: MCLR not rise in November

SBI Home Loan: State Bank of India has provided relief to crores of its customers. SBI revised MCLR every month. But this time, SBI didn’t change in MCLR. That means your EMIs are not increasing. MCLR rates are connected with your home and car loan rates. MCLR rise or fall are effected on your home loan’s EMI. This rate has already been issued on 15th Nov 2025.

SBI MCLR Rate: Overnight and one month’s MCLR is now 7.90%. One month’s MCLR is 7.90, 3 months’ MCLR is 8.30, 6 months’ MCLR is 8.65, one year’s MCLR is 8.75, 2 years is 8.80, and 3 years MCLR is 8.85%.

Processing Fees on SBI home loan: State Bank of India collects a 0.35% processing charge on the total amount of the home loan. GST is added to this separately.  The bank has fixed another limit for this. That means, the processing fee will be a minimum of Rs 2,000 and a maximum of Rs 10,000, and will not exceed this amount. This fee is collected to proceed with the loan applications, document verification, and verification process.
