Gold Rate: Gold prices in the domestic futures market witnessed a slight decline on Thursday, December 4. Gold futures with February 5, 2026 expiry opened at Rs 1,30,799 (per 10 grams) on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Thursday. On its last trading day, gold had closed at Rs 1,30,462 on MCX.
At 9:50 am on December 4, gold with February 5 expiry was trading at Rs 1,30,361 on MCX, a decline of approximately Rs 100 from the previous day’s closing price. MCX gold had reached a high of Rs 1,30,799 in early trade.
