The cabinet meeting has begun in Parliament
Before the budget presentation, the President offered curd and sugar to Nirmala Sitharaman: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has arrived at the Ministry of Finance in Kartavya Bhavan, New Delhi. She will then present a copy of the budget to President Droupadi Murmu. Following this, the budget will be approved by the Cabinet and presented in Parliament at 11:00 AM.

Following this, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman arrived at Rashtrapati Bhavan to meet President Droupadi Murmu. She will present a copy of the budget to the President there. Afterward, she will proceed to Parliament House to seek cabinet approval before presenting the Union Budget in the House at 11:00 AM.
